Shiva Ram – Managing Director
Shiva works with organisations to align operational processes with regulatory expectations. His work covers assessment preparation, documentation review, operational guidance and training delivery.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) from SIM Global / RMIT University and the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
Baarath Ram Managing Director
Baarath has over 18 years of experience in education and curriculum development across secondary, pre-university, and university levels. He has authored Physics guidebooks used in Singapore and holds a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from NUS.
At Integrate Lab, he focuses on training framework development and capability building for organisations.
Our Journey
Our work evolved through direct engagements with organisations dealing with operational and compliance challenges. Many teams could prepare for formal assessments, but struggled to maintain consistency once daily operations resumed.
Over time, organisations began asking for support beyond assessment preparation. This included clearer processes, structured training for supervisors and officers, and practical guidance that could be applied on the ground without disrupting operations.
In response, our work expanded from consultancy into training and capability development. We now support organisations through structured training delivery, scenario-based learning, and practical tools that help reinforce compliance, consistency and operational confidence over time.
Today, Integrate Lab works with organisations that value practical solutions, clear processes and support that continues beyond one-off assessments.
